We are a company limited by guarantee with charitable status. Our organisation is governed by a voluntary, non-executive Board of Directors, appointed in accordance with our Memorandum & Articles of Association and relevant Company Law. The Board is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring that the highest standards of governance, accountability, and transparency are maintained.


Autism A Chara operates in compliance with all relevant statutory and legal obligations, including those set out under the Health Act 2004, Disability Act 2005, and the Charities Act. The Board’s primary focus is to ensure effective governance, safeguarding the sustainability of our services while supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports.
